A website shaped around the work
Body Mind & You’s website project began with a request for a clean, modern and elegant presentation. Vessel Studio’s case study identifies Kathy’s meditation and wellbeing work as the centre of the brief, with the site bringing services and products into a connected structure.
The visual direction is restrained. Soft colour, open space and considered typography give the content a calm setting, while the image collection places a person within a wider landscape. The website is presented as an extension of the practice’s character rather than a separate, more assertive identity.

The role of the landscape
The opening photograph shows a figure outdoors beneath a broad sky, with hills and trees extending into the distance. The person remains central, but the landscape gives the image room to breathe. It creates a different first impression from a tightly cropped portrait on an empty background.
A closer photograph of leaves changes the scale without breaking the palette. Dark green surfaces, repeated veins and overlapping edges introduce a more tactile kind of detail. The movement between person, landscape and foliage gives the project a visual range while keeping its overall mood consistent.

Clarity without visual pressure
The case study describes distinct pathways through meditation offerings, wellbeing services and products. That structural work is important because the visual restraint depends on content being organised clearly. A quiet design still has to distinguish one kind of information from another.
The Body Mind & You case study documents the website work by Vessel Studio. Its interest is in the relationship between structure and atmosphere: the pages have a practical task, while the typography, spacing and imagery establish a recognisable presence. The project can be understood on those terms without making claims about clinical outcomes or the effects of meditation.
